Prepared gluten free (rice cream, corn starch, tapioca flour, corn flour fioretto, teff flour, thickener: E464, guar flour, salt), vegetable margarine (vegetable oil (sunflower high oleic), vegetable fat (shea butter), water, lemon juice concentrate, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), flavouring), sugar, EGGS (mixed eggs from hens shelled and pasteurized), cinnamon, vanillin.
Filling (37,5%): apricot purée (from fresh apricot 50%), brown sugar, glucose syrup, gelling: tetrasodium pectin-pyrophosphate, acidity adjusters: tartaric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavourings). Keep in a cool and dry place.
